The accommodation is lovely and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfy, and there is a great-sized huge bathroom. The breakfast is satisfactory with toast, cheeses, and fresh meats. The staff is really helpful. The location is incredible, within easy walking distance of a medieval bell tower. It is also near the "markt" as well as a Bruges restaurant.

Family atmosphere of an excellent and lovely apartment with location right by the fish market, Choco-Story the chocolate museum and the center. Great setting near Grote markt. Nearby Ribs 'n Beer - best spot for evening drinks. Affable and excellent staff. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets available. Delicious and good breakfast with meats, toast and cheeses.

Just everything was OK in this hotel. Because of my long staying they even gave me a spacious apatment with a kitchen instead of a small room I had booked.

They have changed room for me to the bigger one but they had forget to ask my opinion about it before! I had booked a small romantic room just under the roof. They offered me an apartment at the ground floor with windows, overlooking to the street. The street was quiet enought, nevertheless there were pedestrians, cars and even buses passing. I was forced to keep my windows and curtains closed all the time. Fortunately it was cold outside and noisy air-conditioner-heater had covered all the noise outside.

Fantastic customer service! The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They even offered to hold our bags after check-out so we could explore the city. The spacious apartment easily accommodated our group of friends and the location was convenient. The included breakfast at a nearby hotel was delicious. I highly recommend this place for a group stay.

Apartment was well appointed, breakfast was good value and staff were extremely helpful

The room was spotlessly clean and furnished to an incredible standard. The location couldn't be better. The staff at the reception desk were beyond amazing, they were super friendly and went out of their way to help! They even showed us our jaw-dropping apartment and offered to hold our bags after check-out so we could explore. The parking on-site was awesome, but we found an electric parking garage just 100 meters away at a better price. The spacious 3-bedroom apartment comfortably slept our group of 5 adults and the big bathroom was a nice touch. The free wifi and air conditioning were a lifesaver. The mini kitchen, equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, was perfect for whipping up a quick meal. The bar nearby was a party hotspot and added to the overall awesome experience. If you're traveling with a group, this is the place to stay, trust me!

The location is fantastic - about 100 metres from Grand Place in Brugge yet without the flow of tourists on the street. The staff are very friendly and especially the staff at breakfast - they actually smile and are polite and friendly - something very rare in other hotels the World over!

We booked a double room and instead of a double or queen bed there were two single beds pushed together which kept coming apart so meant we as a couple had to share a single!

The location was top-notch, super close to the market square and all the cool restaurants. The apartment itself was comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had a blast exploring the city and partying in the bars and clubs.

The only thing we wished for was a bigger common area in the apartment. As young party-goers, we would have loved to have a larger space to hang out and have fun with our friends.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet hôtel. Les points forts étaient la propreté impeccable, les nombreuses installations de l'hôtel, le parking pratique et la proximité des transports en commun. Situé dans un quartier calme, c'était à proximité du métro et de la gare, ce qui nous a permis de rejoindre facilement le centre de Paris. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et le personnel était très aimable et disponible.

Perfect location in the historical oldtown of the city. Nice decorated rooms. A lot of space for two families stay with the children.

The location of the accommodation is great, with famous Markt square just around the corner. You can easily wander to the fish market and the central square within a few minutes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with TV and air conditioning. The bathrooms are clean and well-sized, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering excellent service. The breakfast, although not outstanding, is satisfactory.

The keys might be a bit tricky to use, but it is a minor inconvenience that can be easily overlooked.
